At the end of the 1970s, Prof. Lin Housheng developed the 18 exercises of Shibashi (Taiji Qigong). The exercises combine elements from Taiji and Qigong.
The particularly flowing and soft movements - in combination with correct breathing - produce a pleasant and relaxing feeling. Joints and muscles are gently
mobilised. Like all other forms of Qigong, Shibashi also prevents illnesses and ailments and can be practised into old age.
