Shibashi

 

At the end of the 1970s, Prof. Lin Housheng developed the 18 exercises of Shibashi (Taiji Qigong). The exercises combine elements from Taiji and Qigong.

 

The particularly flowing and soft movements - in combination with correct breathing - produce a pleasant and relaxing feeling. Joints and muscles are gently mobilised. Like all other forms of Qigong, Shibashi also prevents illnesses and ailments and can be practised into old age.
